Council Hall

Introduction

Once the Council Hall is built, it acts as a Portal for the new Guest Race, the Elvenar. Now you have said goodbye to the Constructs, the Elvenar step out of the Portal with an array of ancient knowledge for Humans and Elves. In this magnificent hall reside some of the Elvenar that are guests in your realm. It is a peaceful, yet busy place full of curious people who seek knowledge and wisdom.


Purpose

The Council Hall is your storage for Settlement Resources.


Requirements

You can build the Council Hall after researching and unlocking its technology in the Research tree. It needs a street connection to the Main Hall. It can be sold, rebuilt and upgraded.

Upgrade

Upgrading the Council Hall is necessary to fulfil the challenges of the Chapter. Each upgrade will increase the capacities for your capped resources: Human Collections, Human Manifests, Elven Collections and Elven Manifests. Also, it provides a boost to all Settlement productions.
