Het Mistige Bos

Inleiding

Op een donkere, maanloze nacht overspoelen nevels je stad en de bossen eromheen. Bewoners zijn angstig en blijven meestal thuis. Terwijl je door de straten loopt om te controleren of alles in orde is, zie je iets wat op een flakkerende kaars lijkt uit het bos komen. Wie zou er midden in de nacht buiten zijn? Als je dichterbij komt, hoor je de stem van een vrouw. Ze klinkt bezorgd. Ze zoekt iets en lijkt jou niet op te merken. Wanneer ze je uiteindelijk ziet, schrikt ze en slaakt ze een kreet. "AAAAAAHHH! O, je maakte me aan het schrikken. Ik dacht dat je een geest was of zo. Een boze geest, niet de aardige soort, snap je?" zegt ze terwijl ze naar adem snakt. "Heb je onderweg Bruno ergens gezien? Hij is enorm groot, heldergroen en een kattengeest - je kunt hen niet over het hoofd zien, hij zweeft altijd ergens rond. Ik was een toverdrank aan het brouwen weet je, en toen stootte Bruno een van de ingrediënten om en POEF explodeerde alles. Als je me helpt om mijn spullen te vinden en mijn huis weer op te bouwen zal ik je belonen!"

Opdrachten & Opdrachtmijlpalen

De opdrachtenlijn bestaat uit een verhalend gedeelte en aanvullende episodische opdrachten, die starten zodra het verhaal is voltooid. Dit betekent dat je de eerste serie opdrachten direct kunt voltooien, terwijl voor latere opdrachten elke dag een nieuwe aanvulling wordt vrijgegeven, zodat je gedurende elke dag van het evenement een aanvullende opdracht kunt uitvoeren. Het uitvoeren van evenementsopdrachten brengt extra voordelen met zich mee, omdat elke voltooide opdracht je dichter bij een van de Mijlpalen brengt, waar je extra beloningen krijgt, gewoon omdat je ze bereikt.

Evenementmenu

Voor elke voltooide opdracht krijg je Magische Ingrediënten als beloning. Deze worden automatisch aan het Evenementmenu toegevoegd. Met deze Magische Ingrediënten kun je verschillende Magische Lichten verkrijgen, waarmee je je pad door het Mistige Bos kunt verlichten. Met deze Magische Lichten kun je zoeken naar beloningen en Vriendelijke Geesten in de mist. De Vriendelijke Geesten helpen je om de Grote Prijsen te ontgrendelen, inclusief de Heksenhutartefacten.

Klik op het pictogram Evenementmenu om het Evenementvenster te openen. Hier vind je volop informatie en kun je je verzamelde Magische Ingrediënten gebruiken:

1. Toont de resterende looptijd van het evenement.
2. Toont de hoeveelheid Magische Ingrediënten die je hebt verzameld en nog niet hebt gebruikt.
3. Hier kun je Magische Ingrediënten kopen met diamanten.
4. Magische Lichten (kaarsen, lantaarns en flitsflessen), die worden gebruikt om mist uit het bos te verwijderen. Plaats je muis erboven of gebruik de informatieknop ("i") om te zien hoe je deze kunt gebruiken.
5. Opent de Magische Lichtwinkel waar je met Magische Ingrediënten meer Magische Lichten kunt kopen.
6. Het Mistige Bos dat je probeert te doorkruisen om beloningen te ontgrendelen. In mist gehulde Tegels kunnen met Magische Lichten worden ontsloten en onthullen soms Verloren Voorwerpen, meer Magische Lichten of Vriendelijke Geesten.
7. Toont de Exclusieve Dagelijkse Beloning die je kunt krijgen voor het vinden van een Verloren Voorwerp in de mist en hoe lang deze nog beschikbaar is.
8. Het aantal Vriendelijke Geesten dat je al in het Mistige Bos hebt gevonden.
9. Grote Prijzen die je kunt winnen door 20 Vriendelijke Geesten per prijs te verzamelen.

Je kunt ook op de knop klikken om de helpinformatie over het Mistige Bos weer te geven.

Magische Ingrediënten

Je start het evenement van het Mistige Bos met 100 Magische Ingrediënten . Met elke voltooide evenementopdracht krijg je er als beloning ingrediënten bij. Elke dag die je tijdens het evenement speelt, krijg je Magische Ingrediënten als dagelijkse inlogbeloning.

Van tijd tot tijd kun je rondom je stad meer Magische Ingrediënten vinden en verzamelen.

Je kunt deze Magische Ingrediënten vervolgens gebruiken om meer Magische Lichten te kopen. Extra Magische Ingrediënten worden ontgrendeld nadat je de derde Opdrachtenmijlpaal hebt bereikt. Let op, het evenement van het Mistige Bos duurt slechts enkele weken. Daarna kun je je Magische Ingrediënten niet meer gebruiken om Magische Lichten te kopen en geweldige beloningen te verkrijgen, geen tijd verloren laten gaan dus!

Het Mistige Bos doorkruisen

The Misty Forest is a spooky place, shrouded in thick fog. But fear not, with the Witch's help you can get your hands on Magical Lights that make even the thickest mist vanish.

Your goal is to comb through the forest in search for Friendly Spirits and Lost Items. To do so, you advance from left to right and clear the thick fog that shrouds your view. Whenever at least one fog tile is cleared by a Magical Light in the rightmost column, a new row of misty tiles is unlocked next to it, moving you further to the right. Use Magical Lights strategically to clear out as many tiles as possible and collect all rewards you can find.

Magical Lights

There are three types of Magical Lights that will help you advance in the Misty Forest:

• Candles uncover one patch of fog at a time and can only be used on tiles that are still covered in mist.
• Lanterns clear an entire column from top to bottom, unless their light beam is interrupted by an obstacle. They need to be placed on a tile that was previously uncovered.
• Flash Flasks remove the fog on all patches directly adjacent to where it was placed. They also need to be placed on a tile that was previously uncovered.

Additional Magical Lights can be obtained in the Magical Lights Shop that is opened from the event menu. Candles, Lanterns and Flash Flasks can be obtained separately or in bulk, with various different options.

While using Magical Lights and making your way through the forest, you will uncover additional Magical Lights, Lost Items containing various rewards (including Daily Exclusives) and Friendly Spirits that help you unlock the Grand Prizes of the event.

Friendly Spirits

Sometimes you will uncover Friendly Spirits from the fog. Find and collect 20 of these cute ghosts and you will unlock the next Grand Prize.

Rewards

Many different items and buildings can be won in the Misty Forest event. Make sure to play regularly to make the most out of all your options!

Evolving Building

A new Evolving Building is available in the Misty Forest Event: the Witch's Hut! Your Witch's Hut can be evolved through 10 stages to increase its power.

The Witch's Hut provides Culture and Population and automatically produces a number of Faineant Frogs over time. As an additional bonus, it also provides the production of Supplies, Goods or Orcs (depending on the Chapter). As it evolves, you will receive higher amounts of these resources and Knowledge Points are added to the production. For more information on Evolving Buildings, go to our dedicated page on the topic.

Grand Prizes

Each day, you will have a chance to win a Daily Exclusive Prize from Lost Items but, the real goal of this Event, is to win the fantastic Grand Prizes.

Grand Prizes include the Witch's Huts Artifacts, which allows you to evolve your Witch's Hut to the next stage. See Evolving Buildings for more information on the evolution process. But that's not all, as there are more awesome prizes, including Knowledge Points, Ancient Knowledge and Coin Rain Instants, Rune Shards and more.

Daily Prizes & Lost Items

Mrs. Sniffle, the witch, has lost many of her items in the Misty Forest. Recover them and you will automatically get one of the possible contents of a Lost Item, including the exclusive Daily Prizes.

Contents range from Knowledge Points, Rune Shards, Unit Instants and other valuable items to the Daily Exclusive Prize of the respective day. Hovering over a lost item shows you exactly what can be contained within.

After collecting the Daily Exclusive rewards and Grand Prizes, you will find them in your Inventory
